4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely documentation

• Respond promptly to requests for information

• Comply with card network, bank, and legal requirements

Failure to cooperate may affect service performance.

5. Fees & Payments

• All fees are agreed upon before service begins

• Payments are due in advance unless otherwise stated

• Fees are non-refundable once work has started

• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or initiated.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and use it only for service purposes. However, we are not responsible for data breaches caused by third-party platforms, banks, or processors.

8. Limitation of Liability
